Eligibility:
- We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The items must be unused, free from odors, and in their original packaging.
- Items must be returned with all original tags and free of any stains or damage caused by the customer.

Initiating a Refund: If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you received, please follow these steps to initiate a refund:

- Names of the item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (Your feedback helps us improve our service)
- Once we receive your email, we will provide you with further instructions to complete the return process.

Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to us.
- All costs associated with shipping, including return shipping fees, are the customer's responsibility.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return package to ensure its safe arrival. We are not liable for any packages lost or damaged during transit.
- In case of loss or damage during transit, you will need to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier used.

Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned package, we will process the refund within two business days.
- Depending on your banking institution, it may take 3-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.

Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards are not eligible for a refund.

- Do not ship any packages to us without contacting us first. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent without prior communication.
