We offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not happy, email Support@bellenoor.ca within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

We process and ship within 1–2 business days from Canada. Delivery time depends on your location and the option you pick at checkout — you'll see the estimate before you pay, and tracking is included.

That's what the 14-day window is for — try it at home, and if it's not right, send it back unworn.

With basic care it holds up well: keep pieces dry, wipe after wearing, store in the pouch, and keep perfume away from the stones.

Order 2–3 weeks ahead to be safe. We ship from Canada with no customs delays, but popular sets sell through in wedding and festival season.
