Follow your delivery securely. You don’t need to sign in to track your parcel using the link in your confirmation email.
Track without signing in
Open your order or shipping confirmation email from BelleNoor and select the order-status link to check your delivery. If you’re asked to verify your details, enter your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout. You don’t need to sign in to an account for this option.
If your shipping confirmation includes a Canada Post tracking link, you can also use it to follow your parcel directly with the carrier.
Prefer to use your account?
Use the email address you entered at checkout, then select your order to view its status and available tracking updates.
Tracking your delivery
Once your order ships, your order-status page will show the available tracking information and a link to the carrier. If updates are not available yet, check again after the carrier scans your parcel.
